Libernance uses the personal data provided by the customer in this form exclusively for the purpose of executing the order placed to request the deletion of data in accordance with Art. 17 GDPR, and only to the extent necessary for this purpose. Upon request, we can also provide this in paper form.

After submitting the signed power of attorney, you will receive an identical copy in PDF format to the email address you provided for confirmation.
